Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Revix AI subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans purchased through our checkout, which is processed securely by Razorpay.

1. Subscriptions & billing cycle

Revix AI is a subscription service billed in advance, either monthly or yearly, in Indian Rupees. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each cycle until you cancel.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing, or by emailing revixai.app@gmail.com. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current cycle.

3. Refunds

Monthly plans. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, because the Service and hosting are made available for the full cycle. If you cancel, you keep access until the cycle ends.

Yearly plans. If you cancel a yearly plan, you may request a pro-rated refund for complete, unused months remaining in the term, less any applicable hardware and transaction costs, at our reasonable discretion.

Billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.

4. Smart Stand hardware

Where a plan includes physical Smart Stand hardware, the hardware portion may be non-refundable once shipped, except where it arrives damaged or defective. Defective hardware is covered by replacement per your plan — contact support and we will arrange a replacement.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not store your card details at any point.

6. How to request a refund

Email revixai.app@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with your business name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
