Terms of Service

Revix AI provides a subscription that includes a QR + NFC Smart Stand linked to a hosted review page, AI-generated review suggestions that the business owner reviews and approves, a Business Digital Hub, and conversion analytics. QR and NFC always resolve to the same review page for the business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide truthful business details and to keep your login credentials secure. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Reviews are always the customer’s own.AI suggestions are only starting points. Customers choose, may edit, and post their own genuine review on Google. You agree not to use the Service to post fake reviews, to incentivize reviews in violation of Google’s policies, or to misrepresent the customer experience.

Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in advance through Razorpay on a monthly or yearly cycle, at the prices shown at checkout in Indian Rupees. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your plan determines the physical Smart Stand package. Hardware is shipped after activation; replacements are provided per your plan. The software and features are identical across plans — only the physical hardware package differs. Hardware remains subject to the replacement and ownership terms communicated at purchase.

Revix AI and its underlying software, design, and brand are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of your business content (logo, profile, website assets) and grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the outcome of any individual review, for third-party platforms such as Google, or for factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revix AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
